(iii) Once in each year of membership, the Principal Member is entitled to a legal review (the “Legal Review”). The Legal Check-up is intended to provide the Lead Member with (a) an assessment of his/her legal profile and recommendations based on significant issues or gaps, or (b) an update of a previous Legal Check-up taking into account changes in life, circumstances, legal profile and applicable law. The legal report includes a telephone consultation during regular business hours lasting up to one (1) hour to discuss the Lead Member`s legal portfolio, possible updates from the previous year and recommendations. The investment firm shall provide a written summary of the consultation and any recommendations regarding the legal documents or policies of the lead member. The Legal Check-up is only available to a main member after six (6) months of membership in the Legal Plan; (iv) If a Plan Member engages the Company for services not included in the Plan Services described in subsections (c)(i) through (c)(iii) above, the Company will provide such legal services at a discount of twenty-five (25%) of that Company`s standard rates for representation, as reported to LegalZoom; If you purchased an automatic renewal plan from LegalZoom, your Legal Plan subscription will automatically renew at the end of the initial period (the “Billing Date”) and at the end of each period thereafter, unless you terminate your intention to cancel your Legal Plan subscription in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not notify us of this intention, your credit card will be charged for the renewal period of your Legal Plan subscription on your billing date. If your purchase date falls from the 29th to the 31st day of a month, your renewal billing date falls on the last day of the month to month with fewer days. LegalZoom may adjust your billing date in future renewal periods without notice. This results in a prorated fee for your account based on the number of days since your last renewal fee was billed.

Unless otherwise notified otherwise by LegalZoom in accordance with this Agreement, the renewal fee will be equal to the original purchase price of the Legal Plan. (i) Telephone consultations with a participating company (the “Company”) during regular business hours of up to half an hour (1/2) hour and one hour for research on the subject of the consultation, limited to one consultation per plan group for each new legal issue. If, after initial consultation, the Company determines that a letter would be of additional assistance to a Plan member, the Company may, at its option, provide a letter of up to two (2) pages on behalf of the Plan Member at no additional cost. Telephone consultations may not involve a discussion of the following: If an employee uses a network lawyer for the covered services, all attorney fees are covered by the legal plan.
