(b) any money paid by the Victorian Legal Services Board in accordance with section 144; and (a) the amount payable to the Legal Aid Fund in accordance with article 143; and (1) An amount equal to 50% of the amount credited to the total account as at June 30 of the preceding fiscal year shall be credited to the distribution account in each fiscal year. (2) It must be debited from the distribution account.
